Here some of our most commonly asked questions by our customers.
1. How long does delivery take for countries outside of Europe?
International deliveries to countries outside of Europe will take between 6-7 working days, whereas countries inside of Europe will take 3-5 working days.
2. Are your mink lashes cruelty free?
Yes! We are absolutely against animal cruelty which is why it is important for us to reassure our customers that our mink lashes are made through a cruelty-free process. This process involves gently combing the tail hairs from a 2-3 year old domestic Siberian mink, which is then collected to make our high quality lashes. Additionally, the band of out lash products are made of 100% cotton.
3. Can I be featured on the Eyeland Lashes website/Instagram page?
Yes you can. If you would like to be featured on our official website all you need to do is message us on our Instagram page (@eyelandxlashes) by sending us a clear picture of you with your Eyeland Lashes on. If you would like to be featured on our Instagram page, post a picture of yourself with your Eyeland Lashes on and tag us on Instagram in your post.
4. Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed. The purpose of this is to promote health and safety procedures as well as hygiene, especially during the difficult times of COVID-19. Therefore, we recommend that you are certain that you wish to continue with your payment when checking out and have written the correct information (e.g. name, address, product etc.).
